Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc.was founded in 1985 as a specialty pharmaceutical company marketing to niche physician specialties in the U.S. and 38 international markets. The Company's Doak Dermatologics subsidiary delivers dermatology and podiatry therapies, while the Kenwood Therapeutics division provides gastroenterology and internal medicine brands. Based at the Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. worldwide headquarters in Fairfield, New Jersey, Bradley International is responsible for carrying out the Company's mandate to expand its global presence through distribution partnerships, as well as in-licensing of new products. The International Group markets the Company's core product portfolio manufactured in the United States and Canada through arrangements with first-class, locally-based, independent sales and marketing companies. Additionally, the International Group actively pursues acquisitions or licensing agreements to broaden overseas activities. Bradley's international network currently promotes brands in 38 countries throughout North and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim. Bradley's most recent international expansion occurred in July 2004. Bradley acquired exclusive distribution and marketing rights in selected international markets, including Japan, Saudi Arabia and Australia, of the Dermik Laboratories acne and rosacea products Benzamycin , Klaron and Noritate, as well as three additional products, Hytone, Sulfacet-R and Zetar shampoo.
