Atarax and Vistaril: Great Effectiveness
Atarax and Vistaril are the names of two brands that sell hydroxyzine. This generic is a piperazine derivative used as an antihistamine, especially for itches, nausea and anxiety reducing. Usually, it can also be used as an extra to post- and pre- operative medication. It also has a fragile analgesic effect. With anticholinergic and sedative properties, this antihistamine can help you treat your allergic reactions. A common characteristic of hidroxyzine is that when it is changed it is cetirizine, which now is an approved drug by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In the case of Hydroxyzine, this medication was formerly approved by the FDA in 1957. Both drugs act as antihistamines.
